With stepless adjustment to room height, they provide you with comfortable and easy use of your attic.
A special advantage of our attic stairs is that they can also be installed into ceiling paneling.
This means the stair can be placed even in suspended ceilings.
The automatic or manually operated upper cover can be retrofitted at any time and can be opened either to the side or to the rear in the manual version. It serves both as additional insulation and as dust protection.

The ball-bearing locking system and internal swivel mechanism, along with a telescopic handrail, enable smooth, user-friendly, and safe operation of the attic access. The top step is located inside the box, enabling easy access to the attic.

The Isotec Luxe lower cover is equipped with 10 cm thick mineral wool insulation. The thermal insulation ensures that no heat is lost through the stair, preventing unwanted energy loss. This helps improve the energy efficiency of your home and saves on heating costs.
