With their stepless adjustment to the room height, they enable you to comfortably and easily utilize your attic space.
One special advantage of our attic stairs is that they can also be installed within the ceiling cladding.
This means that the stairs can be positioned when there is a suspended ceiling.
The top cover, which can be opened automatically or manually, can be retrofitted at any time and can be opened either to the side or to the rear in the manual version. It serves both as additional insulation and as dust protection.

Ball-bearing locking system and internal swivel mechanism as well as a telescopic handrail enable smooth, user-friendly and safe operation of the attic access.
The top step is located in the box and enables easy exit to the attic.
The Isotec 200 bottom cover is fitted with 20 cm thick rock wool insulation and double-seam frames. The insulation ensures that no heat is lost through the staircase and thus prevents unwanted energy losses. This allows you to improve the energy efficiency of your home and save on heating costs.
