With its stepless adjustment to the room height, it allows you to comfortably and easily access your attic.
A special advantage of our attic stairs is that they can also be integrated into the ceiling cladding.
This means the stair can be installed in a suspended ceiling.
The automatic or manually operated upper cover can be retrofitted at any time and, in the manual version, can be opened either sideways or to the rear. It provides additional insulation as well as dust protection.

Ball-bearing locking system and internal swivel mechanism as well as a telescopic handrail ensure smooth, user-friendly, and safe operation of the attic access. The top step is positioned inside the box, allowing for an easy exit to the attic.
Klimatec 160 ensures a seamless underside and a flush design. It appears modern, elegant, and unobtrusive, allowing it to blend effortlessly into any architectural style.
The Klimatec 160 underside cover is equipped with a 16 cm thick rock wool insulation. The thermal insulation ensures that no heat is lost through the stairs, thus preventing unwanted energy losses. This improves the energy efficiency of your home and helps you save on heating costs.
