Criteria such as dealer and delivery date loyalty played just as much a role in the selection as goods availability, product quality and complaint handling. Wippro received top marks and was able to put well-known competitors in their place.

He particularly focused on the team responsible for dealer support at the Vorderweißenbach-based company: "In addition to purely technical criteria, values such as service orientation and trust are particularly important for successful specialised trade partnerships. Our sales team does a great job here and their commitment ensures long-term customer relationships," said Wipplinger.
